In response to the improvement of dietary life and culture in an advanced industrial society, this department pursues the fostering of qualified specialists in culinary arts by offering programs concerning principles of nutrition, bakery theory and practice, Korean and foreign food preparation.
Graduates can approach various fields of culinary industry in locations as follows:
Tourist hotels, catering companies, travel agencies, airlines, resorts and condominiums, restaurants, catering companies, fast food enterprises, and other food businesses.
Tourism Employee's License, Cook's Licenses for Korean Food, Cook's License for Japanese Food, Cook's License for Chinese Food, and Baker's License.
